Experience: 18+ Years (Google Cloud Platform, Solution Architecture, Cloud Transformation, Pre-Sales)

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Google Cloud Lead Architect to drive cloud transformation, modernization, and AI-led innovation for global enterprise clients. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for shaping GCP solutions, leading large-scale pursuits, and enabling cloud-native and AI-powered business transformation initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end GCP solution architecture for large-scale transformation and modernization programs
• Design enterprise-grade Google Cloud solutions across compute, networking, storage, databases, security, analytics, and AI/ML services
• Architect AI/GenAI solutions leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini, RAG frameworks, and Agentic AI capabilities
• Drive cloud-native modernization using GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, event-driven architectures, and microservices
• Lead technical solutioning for client pursuits, RFPs, proposals, architecture reviews, and discovery workshops
• Design scalable data platforms utilizing BigQuery, Dataplex, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Datastream, and Cloud Storage
• Collaborate with Google Cloud teams on co-sell opportunities, partner programs, and strategic initiatives
• Mentor architecture teams and contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices across the Cloud & AI practice

What We're Looking For

18+ years of overall IT experience with strong Solution Architecture and Cloud Transformation expertise

Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, architecture, and cloud-native technologies

Strong experience with:

• BigQuery
• Pub/Sub
• Dataflow
• Terraform
• Anthos
• Application Modernization

Proven experience in AI/ML and Generative AI on GCP, including:

• Gemini
• RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• AI Agents / Agent Builder

Strong background in pre-sales, solutioning, proposal development, and client-facing architecture engagements

Experience leading large cloud transformation and migration programs

Ability to engage with CXOs, Enterprise Architects, and senior technology stakeholders

• Additional Google Cloud certifications preferred
• Experience working with large enterprise accounts and strategic cloud transformation programs
• Exposure to Google Cloud partner ecosystem, co-sell engagements, and cloud adoption frameworks
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
