Job summary

HypTechie in Indore is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design and deliver production-ready AI/ML and GenAI solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will architect cloud-native pipelines and build conversational AI applications using Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of AI/ML experience, strong Python skills, and a solid background in deep learning, NLP, and scalable cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Google Cloud Platform Architecture knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience with CCAI (Contact Center AI).
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and implementations.
• Experience with Dialogflow CX and conversational AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Architecture to design and deliver production-ready AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including conversational AI and cloud-based ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
