Job summary

Infosys Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Google CCAI Developer with 2-5 years of experience to design and implement intelligent virtual agents using Dialogflow CX and Google CCAI. You'll work on voice and chat automation for various customer-facing use cases.

The role involves configuring intents, entities, routes, flows, sessions, and event handlers, plus building reusable conversation components and enterprise chatbot frameworks to drive scalable contact-center solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Applications, Engineering, or Technology.
• Experience with Google CCAI platforms is preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
