Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video and Remarketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign measurement.
• Experience presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Develop strategic Google Ads roadmaps aligned with client growth objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews, performance presentations, and planning sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, conversions, CTR, and overall account performance.
• Collaborate with PPC Specialists, Media Buyers, Designers, Content, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor budgets, campaign health, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve client escalations efficiently and maintain strong executive-level relationships.
• Mentor junior Client Success Managers and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, AI-driven solutions, and industry trends.
• Ensure onboarding, account reviews, renewals, and contract management.

About the Role

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experiencein Client Success, Account Management, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads accounts across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video (YouTube), and Remarketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign measurement.
• Experience managing high-value client accounts and presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Google Ads Certifications are highly preferred.
