Job summary

Supra Pacific Financial Services in India is seeking an audit professional to conduct physical verification of pledged gold ornaments, verify purity and weight, and audit gold loan files across branches.

You will ensure KYC compliance with RBI guidelines, report fraud risks, cross-check disbursement and interest calculations, and coordinate audit observations with branch teams for timely rectifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical verification of pledged gold ornaments at branches.
• Ensure purity and weight accuracy of gold as per company standards.
• Audit gold loan files and documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Verify adherence to KYC norms, RBI guidelines, and internal policies.
• Identify and report fraud risks, discrepancies, or irregularities.
• Cross-check loan disbursement, valuation, and interest calculations.
• Ensure proper storage and safety of gold packets in vaults.
• Prepare and submit audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with branch teams for rectification of audit observations.
• Conduct surprise audits and periodic inspections.
