Job summary

Big Oh Notation in India is seeking an experienced Go developer to design, build, and maintain efficient Go code for large-scale distributed systems. You will develop microservices and RESTful APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship features while ensuring fast, scalable performance.

Responsibilities include implementing RESTful APIs, debugging, testing (unit/integration), and contributing to code reviews and best practices. 5+ years of industry experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong Go (Golang) proficiency and frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC.
• DB design and optimization with PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Understanding of microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, data structures and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
