Key Responsibilities

• Copy information from the carrier’s website and enter it on our platform accurately
• Take full responsibility for the assigned clients by giving accurate data on time
• Work hard and fast during busy times in the market
• Double-check the data that is entered by the system and fix any mistakes

KPIs

• Number of shipments accurately updated in a day
• Number of shipments accurately updated within the deadline
• Number of automated shipments reviewed in the day (sampling)
