Job summary

Softility Tech is seeking a Platform Developer for GoLang/Java to design and refine backend services and internal microservices in Hyderabad. You will work with client engineering teams during US overlap hours, writing clean code and supporting API integrations.

Ideal candidate has 4–6 years in platform/tools backend, with OO languages like Python/Java/Go/C++, and experience with Kafka, REST/gRPC, containers, and cloud platforms. Night shift with offshore setup.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of software development experience centered on platform tools or backend engineering.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming with Python, Java, Go, or C++.
• Experience in developing real-time enterprise fault management services using Apache Kafka.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, gRPC endpoints, or event-driven microservices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching tools (Redis, MongoDB).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and unit testing frameworks.

Responsibilities
