  • Harness extensive industry knowledge, people, and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with customer stakeholders to provide in-depth data analysis, reports, and effectively communicate insights.
  • End-to-end management coordination of projects (PMO) and responsibility for successful completion within a stipulated budget.

  • Prior experience in Warranty Operations, Aftersales, and Service.
  • Good knowledge of Automotive Aftersales processes.
  • Experience in designing, optimizing, and implementing business processes.
  • Program management experience, including planning, managing, and coordinating multiple projects with complex stakeholders, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with web content management, marketing analytics tools, and marketing functions.
  • Ability to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Active in identifying opportunities through existing relationships and expanding networks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
