Job summary

Accenture in India seeks a Japanese bilingual SAP Functional Consultant for Platforms Reinvention in Global Network, High Tech. You will drive design workshops, gather requirements, and design gaps in S/4HANA FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM to deliver transformation programs across multiple client engagements.

You will lead functional teams through full project lifecycles, contribute to solution architecture, and help develop roadmaps for SAP transformations while staying abreast of AI-enabled capabilities

Qualifications

• Business level proficiency in Japanese (reading and speaking).

Must have skills: SAP S4 HANA functional delivery experience in any of these module FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM area(s) including at least 2 or more years of experience in SAP end-to-end implementation projects.

Good to have skills: SAP Certification is an added advantage

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual with business level proficiency in reading and speaking who, along with using a deep knowledge of S/4HANA capabilities as a functional consultant, can also drive design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis in any of the areas in S4 FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM. They should be able to:

• Independently handle or Lead team of functional consultants for tasks related to design workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live & Post GO-Live support activities.
• Demonstrate unique offerings in any of S/4 HANA capabilities (FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM) and derive value during design, development and implementation of new and improved business processes.
• Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led transformation to overcome client’s business challenges.
• Assist with solutions for end-to‑end RFPs (request for proposal)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation & Business Process Design - As a part of the Digital Core & Enterprise Transformation team, you will be expected to support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.
• SAP Solution Advisory: Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle
• Issue & Risk Management: Problem-solving skills to identify, escape, track and resolve issues on time
• Stakeholder Communication & Presentation: Demonstrates effective presentation and communication skills to convey complex information clearly across all levels of stakeholders.
• SAP Consulting: Serve as an SAP functional consultant and assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests
• Bilingual Engagement: Engage with clients using bilingual capabilities to breach through language and cultural barriers and to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives
• Solution Architecture & Innovation: Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offerings
• Business Development & Opportunity Shaping: Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations
• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights
• Generative AI: Good to have Generative AI tools proficiency to enhance delivery efficiency, functional design, documentation, testing, client workshops and SAP solution advisory, while staying abreast of emerging AI capabilities within the SAP ecosystem

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have skills: Proficiency in SAP, any module, as a functional consultant; business level proficiency in Japanese
• Advise clients on the SAP processes based on leading industry practices
• Effectively perform a FIT-GAP analysis
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to end user teams on best practices
• Ensure all client activities are documented and tracked in the system
• Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics
