Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Chemicals & Natural Resources consultant/manager to help clients transform their operations using analytics and AI. Based in Gurugram, with opportunities across Mumbai and Bengaluru, you will work in a global team delivering end-to-end value through data-driven strategies.

You will engage with chemical industry clients, apply digital technologies, and contribute to go-to-market and delivery efforts while building leadership insights and delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering and/or MBA from a Tier-1 institute

Your experience counts!

• A Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree, preferably with specialization in Chemical/ Metallurgy/ Mining/ Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial, and/or MBA from a Tier-1 B-school
• 1-3 years of consulting experience or 3-5 years of industry experience
• Lead and deliver data-driven transformation projects across industries with a focus on CNR (Chemicals, Metals, and Mining) sector use cases.
• Design and implement data governance, master data management (MDG), and data quality frameworks to ensure reliability and compliance
• Design and deploy Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions, leveraging Python, Java, SQL, and ETL pipelines for scalable integration.
• Mentor teams, support proposals and asset development, and contribute to thought leadership in data and AI.
