Job summary

Accenture Strategy and Consulting is seeking a Consultant/Manager for Chemicals & Natural Resources in Gurugram/Mumbai/Bengaluru. The role focuses on data-driven transformation, analytics and AI solutions across the Chemical value chain, with collaboration across sales, delivery, and industry teams.

You will engage with clients, design governance and AI-enabled solutions, and mentor teams while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Master’s degree, preferably Chemical/Metallurgy/Mining/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial and/or MBA from a Tier-1 B‑school.
• 1–3 years of consulting experience or 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Lead and deliver data-driven transformation projects across industries with a focus on CNR sector use cases.
• Design and implement data governance, MDG, and data quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Chemical industry clients to drive digital transformation and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams and assist in sales and project delivery.
• Deliver digital technologies in chemical production, capex, operations and automation.
