Job description

• Source deals related to land acquisition and distressed properties in residential, commercial, hospitality and mall verticals across pan India basis through network of brokers, IPCs, RPs, PMCs, Financial Institutions, and other sources, to meet business requirements.
• Understand the development control regulations and policies affecting development of deal sourced and its impact on the feasibility of the deals.
• Conduct preliminary analysis of the deal sourced to determine whether or not they meet the businesses goals and objectives on location advantages, buildability norms/restrictions, understanding on the title etc.
• Prepare a detailed feasibility of shortlisted deals, through cross functional coordination and onboarding of teams like sales, architecture, liaison, engineering, legal etc.
• Interact with counterparties for commercial negotiations and closure of deals.
• Coordinate with legal teams and counter party to finalize the legal documentation required for deal closure
