Job summary

Svan Global Consultancy in Chennai seeks a senior R&D leader to define and drive the company's technology roadmap, align with growth objectives, and spearhead new product development. You will build a robust pipeline of specialty products and ensure successful commercialization in global markets.

You will oversee technology transfer, formulation compliance, and launches, while monitoring competitors to maintain a competitive edge and partnering with commercial teams to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 20–25 years in R&D, product development and quality in specialty chemicals, with 8–10+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience in commercialization and lab-to-plant technology transfer.
• Strategic leader who can drive business growth and represent the company to global teams and customers.

Responsibilities
