Job description

Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver projects as per vision, direction, and road map for the IT function in the organization.
2. Suggest cost-effective innovative products and solutions to meet under met and unmet customer needs with awareness of new technologies and applications.
3. Set architecture and policies for infrastructure, applications, cloud, data privacy, data security, database, analytics, and BI including hardware and electronics.
4. Design, lead, test, and deploy all technical and application management lifecycles.
5. Manage delivery schedules, budgeting, and implement processes defined to align IT with business to follow institutionalized practices.
6. IT Governance: Institutionalize IT governance and program management for overall IT service delivery, SLA, functional response management, assets management with outsourced partners and internal stakeholders. Ensure all IT related compliances.
7. Continuous Service Improvement: Align and realign with strategic business objectives, measure, gather, process, and analyze data to implement efficiency from findings, plan, design, implement, run, measure, transition services and manage continuity, and research and refine improvements to ease field deployment and maintenance.

Requirements:

1. BE/B.Tech./MS/MTech in Computers or Equivalent with experience in smart automation, IOT, ML, and Deep Tech.
2. Around 15 years of relevant experience in Retail/E-Commerce/Supply Chain/FMCG/Manufacturing organization with expertise in building end-to-end solutions consisting of backend integration of ERP, SRM, CRM, Payment solutions and building B2C applications. Should have implemented AWS/Azure cloud including migration, IAAS, PAAS.
3. Experience of Software development for various cards like – Debit, Credit, RFID.
4. Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility, Location Based Services.
5. Fair acquaintance with analytics AI/RPA Process, Data warehouse, BI Tools.
