Unisys in Bengaluru is seeking a Global Workforce Management Manager to lead a team responsible for day-to-day operations and staffing strategies. You will guide team members through workforce planning, estimating and related duties, collaborating with People Analytics, HR Business Partners and program managers, and monitoring real-time workforce data to resolve issues.

What success looks like in this role:

• Manages a Global Workforce Management team and is accountable for the team’s day-to-day operations.
• Guides team members through the execution of various workforce planning, estimating and other duties, including:
  • Reviewing organizational, program and project requirements to develop and recommend staffing and related resource strategies,
  • Collaborating with People Analytics, HR Business Partners and business leaders / program managers, to understand staffing data, trends and projections, and
  • Monitoring workforce data real-time to identify issues and develop resolution strategies.
• Works with organization and business leaders to understand anticipated changes and how these will impact staffing and workforce planning.
• Evaluates and recommends solutions for issues escalated from team members, internal clients or other relevant stakeholders.
• Provides team members with both formal and informal (i.e., on the job) development opportunities.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 0-2 years’ leadership experience
