Job summary

Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, is seeking an experienced Pricing & Quoting professional to join the SPC team in India. You will create ST/LT quotes for OOG shipments, coordinate with terminals and sales, and act as a primary contact for quoting requests.

You will drive timely responses, manage turnaround times, and identify process improvements to optimize end-to-end quoting. The role offers global exposure and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing and quoting for logistics.
• Understanding of pricing & quoting processes and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creating ST/LT quotes for OOG shipments based on customer requests.
• Coordinating with terminals and Sales teams to ensure faster quote turnaround.
• Acting as a point of contact for managing customer quoting requests.
• Ensuring timely action on customer requests to enhance overall customer experience.
• Managing TAT and maintaining quality standards in the quoting process.
• Identifying customer-specific improvement areas for end-to-end enhancement and auto-quoting opportunities.
• Developing solutions to drive improvements in the quoting process.
• Providing analysis and conclusions to support process-related decisions.

Purpose of the role

SPC team manages issuing pricing quotes for Complex Dimension cargo. The team manages booking creation & Amendments for customer. The role will help us enhance customer experience create visibility on OOG Quoting performance.

You will be Responsible for:

• Creating ST/LT quotes for OOG shipments based on customer requests.
• Coordinating with terminals and Sales teams to ensure faster quote turnaround.
