  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines/priorities; strong organizational skills.
  • Experience using recruiting and sourcing platforms and ATS/recruitment software.

  • Manage daily sourcing targets using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networks to identify candidates across regions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement tracking in the CRM.
  • Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, compensation philosophy, and employment advantages.
  • Conduct compensation expectation discussions with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate offers.
  • Support Diversity & Inclusion goals by sourcing diverse talent pools across regions.
  • Provide market data and insights to support recruiting needs, including regional market intelligence.
  • Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends across geographies.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Guide recruiting teams on sourcing processes, controls, and policies.
  • Track, analyze, and report key sourcing metrics such as time to fill and channel effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve sourcing processes using data and full ATS utilization.
  • Partner with stakeholders across time zones; flexibility to support APAC/EMEA hours.

Job Summary

As a Sourcing Specialist, your role will be to ensure recruiting partners are best positioned to attract external candidates at the front end of the recruiting cycle. The primary responsibilities include connecting recruiting with quality hires through global sourcing across APAC, EMEA, and/or NAMR. Candidates with global sourcing exposure are strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily sourcing targets using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and professional networks to identify and pipeline qualified candidates across APAC, EMEA, and/or NAMR.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and engagement tracking in CRM.
  • Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, compensation philosophy, and the advantages of employment.
  • Conduct compensation expectation conversations with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate offer closure.
  • Support Diversity & Inclusion goals by owning sourcer roles within the Accountability Matrix and targeting diverse talent pools across regions.
  • Provide meaningful market data and insights to support recruiting and client needs, including regional market intelligence (APAC/EMEA/NAMR).
  • Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends across relevant geographies.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Guide recruiting teams on sourcing processes, techniques, controls, and policies.
  • Track, analyze, and report key sourcing metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and channel effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve sourcing processes using data, feedback, and full utilization of the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner effectively with stakeholders across time zones; flexibility to support APAC/EMEA working hours based on hiring needs.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing for financial services in a fast-paced corporate environment or recruiting agency.
  • Proven experience in a sourcing or recruiting role in a high-volume and/or specialized industry.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple deadlines/priorities; strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience using recruiting and sourcing platforms is a must; strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Superior multitasking, project management, and presentation skills coupled with business acumen.
  • Flexibility to work across APAC and/or EMEA hours as required to support global hiring.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills (Revised)
  • Experience with Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with labor market trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
  • Global sourcing exposure (APAC, EMEA, and/or NAMR) strongly preferred.
