Job summary

Team Computers in Gurugram is seeking an experienced L2 Service Desk professional to join the Global Service Desk. You will handle 5+ years of hands-on support in a 24x7 environment from our office, providing timely incident resolution and first-call fixes for end users.

The role requires strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, AD/Azure AD, Outlook/Exchange Online and Teams, VPN and RDP, DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP, MFA, and ITIL/SLA oriented incident management. Immediate start only (Male Candidates Only).

Qualifications

• Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support
• Active Directory / Azure AD Entra ID troubleshooting
• Outlook, Exchange Online & Teams support
• VPN and Remote Desktop troubleshooting
• DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP basics
• MFA and End-User support
• ServiceNow / BMC Remedy / Jira / ManageEngine usage
• ITIL & SLA management principles

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 service desk support from Gurugram office
• Resolve incidents with hands-on troubleshooting
• Coordinate with IT teams to restore services
• Document and track issues in ITSM tools
• Adhere to ITIL processes and SLA targets
• Mentor junior staff when required
• Assist with access provisioning and security controls
• Maintain awareness of technologies and best practices
