Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise India Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a C&C Global Reporting Analyst to support reporting systems across Finance and Corporate Strategy. The role emphasizes end-to-end solution implementation, data analysis, and automation to drive strategic outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in finance or IT with advanced Excel and Power BI skills, along with strong communication and leadership abilities. Hybrid work includes 2 days per week in-office.

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of reporting solutions end to end.
• Maintains and publishes existing reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Drives reporting innovation by identifying and implementing more efficient, automated, and scalable approaches to report creation, maintenance, and distribution.
• Partners with internal customers, examining moderately to highly complex issues or concerns to find a solution.
• Leads and/or provides subject matter expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Applies advanced subject matter expertise to assess business needs and identify opportunities to deliver value.
• Resolves moderately complex issues involving multiple systems.
• Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned processes.
• Solves most problems independently and articulates issues across functions and businesses, collaborating with other individuals contributors, sometimes outside of the job family, to bring about solutions.

In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team we ensure that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. Job Family Definition

Provides relevant, timely, and accurate financial information for financial planning, decision-making, control and risk management, and internal and external performance measurement. Works with Finance and Information Technology to design, construct, and implement financial and business processes and systems requirements globally such as a new reporting system. Develops design requirements for implementing new systems. Determines type of functionality needed in a new system (e.g., designating the business required documents in implementing a new reimbursement policy). Implements processes and tools that support efficiency initiatives.

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Education and Experience Required

• Expert proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies that support reporting, data analysis, report development and process automation.
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to synthesize change quickly using advanced subject and process knowledge.
• Strong understanding of C&C financial systems and processes.
• Ability to generate original ideas and to bring about their implementation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
