The Opportunity

As a Global Enablement Support Specialist, you will work closely with our Partner Experience Leader to help drive readiness across our global ecosystem. This role moves beyond standard coordination into a high-impact position where you will analyze performance metrics, manage programmatic workflows, and troubleshoot critical ecosystem resources to ensure our partners can seamlessly solve their customers' biggest challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Partner Experience Leader and Partner Sales Enablement team to guide, streamline, and support the global partner onboarding journey.
• Monitor partner certifications and overall program compliance proactively, ensuring accurate records and baseline readiness.
• Support the end-to-end rollout of global partner enablement initiatives, assisting theater Alliance leaders with critical logistics, scheduling, and learning material distribution.
• Troubleshoot partner access challenges regarding portals, learning management systems (LMS), and cloud training environments across global time zones.
• Analyze enablement metrics and performance indicators, generating structured reports to identify gaps in partner readiness and training.
• Maintain a centralized repository of enablement content and assets, ensuring all materials remain current and easily discoverable by global partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in partner enablement, training coordination, talent development, partner success, or similar B2B corporate support roles.
• Proven ability navigating and updating learning management systems (LMS), partner portals, and enterprise CRM software like Salesforce.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a track record of interacting professionally with diverse global stakeholders.
• Highly organized self-starter who can manage logistics independently while remaining integrated with global theater leaders across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within a fast-paced software-as-a-service (SaaS) or enterprise software corporation.
• Experience with content management systems and tracking technical certifications at scale.
• We value experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow, as these skills translate well into our Enterprise-Grade Orchestration environment.
