Job summary

Birlasoft in India is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Project Accounting specialist to join our delivery team. You will work on Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing and Project Management within manufacturing contexts and interact with business users in workshops and CRP/SIT/UAT/Go Live cycles.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of Oracle Projects Accounting experience, with exposure to 12.1.3+ versions, and proficiency in English and Korean.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Applications in Project Accounting (Costing & Billing).
• Handled 2–3 implementations/upgrades in version 12.1.3 and above.
• Configuring changes to configurations as per requirements with MFG integrations.
• Strong communication skills to interact with business users.
• Proficient in English & Korean.
• Experience in business-facing roles, conducting workshops/CRP/SIT/UAT/Go Live.
• Knowledge of SQL querying.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of Oracle Projects Accounting experience in handling project costing, billing and management.
• Lead 2–3 implementations/upgrades in 12.1.3 or above.
• Configure project-related settings and MFG integrations as required.
• Interact with business users; conduct CRP/SIT/UAT/Go Live activities.

• Educational Background – BE/Btech
• Key Responsibilities –
• Should have 8+ years of experience in Oracle Application in Project Accounting modules that include Project Costing and Project Billing Modules
• Should Handled at least 2 to 3 Implementation/Upgrade/Roll out projects in version 12.1.3 & above.
• Should have knowledge in configuring/making changes to the configurations as per the requirement with MFG industries integrations
• Should have good communication skills to interact with business users .
• MUST have proficient in English & Korean language
• MUST have expertise in business facing roles, conducting workshops /CRP/SIT/UAT/Go Live
• Should have knowledge in configuring/making changes to the configurations as per the requirement
• Should have worked on preparation of configuration documents, Functional design documents for CEMLI components Good to have knowledge in SQL.

Must Have Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Projects Accounting Modules i.e. below
• Oracle Project Costing
• Oracle Project Billing
• Oracle Project Management.
• Good to have Project Manufacturing knowledge and Functionalities
• Good to have knowledge in MFG Industry with Projects.
• Well versed with configurations and good understanding of Auto-Accounting concepts in Projects & Subledger accounting .
• Basic knowledge for writing/executing queries using Sql developer
• Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
• Should have worked across Implementation/Upgrade projects for Project Accounting.
• Good understanding of all the oracle AIM documentations.
• Support experience and testing experience is good to have & Experience with Agile environment is a plus
