Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain or MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in a Buyer, Planner, or Procurement role, preferably global.
• Experience driving supply chain optimization and process improvements.
• Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to meet service levels while minimizing excess stock.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes, reduce lead times, and improve supply chain visibility.
• Analyze historical data, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and manage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers or internal sites to expedite or reschedule orders.
• Maintain material master data in ERP systems including descriptions, lead times, and pricing.
• Support supplier onboarding, performance evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as primary procurement contact for assigned suppliers, building strong partnerships.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs to achieve best commercial outcomes for Revvity.
• Collaborate with suppliers to mitigate risks, resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive supplier performance data and scorecards.
• Coordinate planning, procurement, and materials management across Revvity's global network.
• Provide visibility and reporting on supply chain KPIs, inventory status, and procurement performance.
• Support strategic sourcing strategies and category management plans.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives using SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies in supply chain management.
• Participate in continuous learning and training to enhance technical and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across Revvity.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Planning & Optimization

Education

Technical Skills

• Proficient inSAP ERP(or equivalent ERP system) for procurement, materials management, and reporting.
• Skilled indata analysis, forecasting, and KPI managementusing tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Understanding ofsupply chain planning methodologies(e.g., MRP, S&OP, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity withdigital supply chain technologies(e.g., automation, AI/ML, IoT) is a plus.
