Position: IT Manager - Garment Export
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 8-20 years

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain computer hardware and software related issues.
2. Develop Oracle software as required.
3. Create new Oracle IDs and allocate to new users.
4. Maintain server when required.
5. Maintain data storage devices.
6. Implement security alerts policy.
7. Develop a system and policy for cybersecurity.
8. Allocate new email accounts to trial and new arriving candidates.
9. Set up new systems for new appointments and trial candidates.
10. Keep all users' email IDs and passwords secure.
11. Maintain all systems user login and credentials.
12. Maintain all antivirus keys for users.
13. Maintain CCTV login and credentials.
14. Perform storage device maintenance.
15. Conduct all-in-one maintenance and regular updates.
16. Maintain internet and Wi-Fi related issues.
17. Understand the requirements of devices and systems.
18. Manage computer networking.
19. Arrange training for users.
20. Monitor activities related to cyber-attacks on official sites and systems.
21. Generate product Excel files from Oracle for uploading on Nuorder.
22. Keep all website-related credentials in check (Shopify, Later, Web-shop, etc.).
23. Monitor to ensure no one is using BCC for personal emails.
24. Identify and remove all data from personal phones that are official.
