Job summary

Hitachi ABB Power Grids seeks a seasoned engineering project execution leader to head a high-performing team in a global operations environment. You will drive successful delivery of GIS, HV product and substation projects and partner across global teams to optimize performance.

You will coach and develop the team, manage resource planning and recruitment, and monitor key metrics like utilization and stakeholder satisfaction while promoting best practices and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with preference for Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project execution, including significant GIS, HV products, or substation projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder management.
• Experience in a matrixed/global environment with accountability for operational and business performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and challenge decisions in the best interest of business goals and collaborative outcomes.
• Strong expertise in people management, talent development, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across diverse teams.
