Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with preference for Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project execution, including significant experience managing GIS, HV products, or substation projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with strong leadership capabilities and experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and challenge decisions in the best interest of business goals and collaborative outcomes.
• Strong expertise in people management, talent development, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive productive discussions across diverse teams.
• Experience working in a matrixed or global environment with accountability for operational and business performance metrics.
