Job summary

WSP India is seeking a GIS Platform Administrator & Solution Analyst to support ArcGIS Enterprise environments, publish and monitor GIS services, and develop GIS applications and dashboards. The role emphasizes automation with Python, FME, and APIs, plus data quality management and user support across projects.

Ideal candidates have strong ESRI platform experience, GIS fundamentals, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in GIS, Geo-informatics, Geomatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science with master’s degree in GIS, Geo-informatics, Geomatics, Computer Science, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Certification in FME, ESRI Enterprise/SaaS platforms or any Microsoft tech stack or MS power platform is an added advantage with above tertiary education.
• Experience in ESRI Desktop and SaaS Platform is preferred.
• Troubleshooting ESRI services and automating tasks is desirable.

Job Description

Support the administration, configuration, and enhancement of WSP's enterprise geospatial platforms and GIS applications. The successful candidate will work closely with senior technical leads to manage ArcGIS Enterprise environments, develop GIS solutions, automate workflows, and support business users across multiple projects.

• Optimistic approach to collaborate with diverse team and time zone.
• Demonstrated experience in ESRI Desktop and SaaS Platform.
• Troubleshooting of failed ESRI services.
• Automation of repetitive task/process.

Desired Skills

• Bilingual in French and English is an added advantage.

• Fit with environmental science or engineering projects.
• Ethical/responsible use of AI and it’s implementation in global enterprise platforms.
