Job summary
WSP India is seeking a skilled GIS specialist to administer and enhance ArcGIS Enterprise environments, collaborating with senior technical leads across Noida, Bengaluru, and Mumbai offices.
You will develop GIS solutions, automate workflows with Python and FME, manage geodatabases, and support business users. The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of GIS experience and a blended skill set across traditional GIS and modern platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in GIS or related field.
- CS degree with GIS master’s is an advantage.
- Certifications in FME, ESRI SaaS or MS stack are advantageous.
- Experience with ESRI Desktop and SaaS platforms is expected.
- Troubleshooting ESRI services and automating tasks is required.

Support the administration, configuration, and enhancement of WSP's enterprise geospatial platforms and GIS applications. The successful candidate will work closely with senior technical leads to manage ArcGIS Enterprise environments, develop GIS solutions, automate workflows, and support business users across multiple projects.

Experience leveraging AI tools and intelligent automation to improve GIS workflows, streamline data management, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance solution delivery. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, or AI-assisted application development is considered an asset.

- Strong GIS fundamentals more important than deep expertise in every technology listed.

- Demonstrated experience in ESRI Desktop and SaaS Platform.
- Troubleshooting of failed ESRI services.
- Automation of repetitive task/process.
- Bilingual in French and English is an added advantage.

- Fit with environmental science or engineering projects.
- Ethical/responsible use of AI and it’s implementation in global enterprise platforms.
- Master’s degree in GIS, Geo-informatics, Geomatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science with master’s degree in GIS, Geo-informatics, Geomatics, Computer Science, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Certification in FME, ESRI Enterprise/SaaS platforms or any Microsoft tech stack or MS power platform is an added advantage with above tertiary education.
- Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third‑party agency appointed by WSP India.
