Job summary

EY in India seeks a SAP Commissions – Integration specialist to design, develop and maintain data pipelines between SAP Commissions and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS) ensuring accurate, timely sales compensation. You will define API-based integrations and oversee ETL processes with Informatica and XDL-based ingestion.

The role focuses on end-to-end integration design, data validation, and collaboration with Workday, Salesforce and other systems to enable scalable, auditable commission data

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud) and integration methodologies (APIs, REST, SOAP).
• Proficient in SAP BTP, SAP CPI/PI, and ETL processes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Understanding of sales commission models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration design for SAP Commissions (ICM) implementation, including assessment of current-state integrations and defining scalable target-state architecture.
• Analyze existing Informatica workflows, data pipelines, and interfaces to understand data flow, dependencies, and transformation logic.
• Define and implement target-state integration using SAP Commissions XDL, ensuring alignment with business requirements and commission calculation rules.
• Design and oversee ETL processes, with strong emphasis on Informatica (mapping, workflows, transformations) and XDL-based data ingestion/extraction.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream system teams (Workday , Salesforce etc) to design robust, secure, and performant data interfaces.
• Drive data validation, reconciliation, and integration testing strategies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and auditability of commission data.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Commissions – Integration specialist with strong hands‑on experience in designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines between SAP Commissions and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS) to ensure accurate, timely sales compensation calculations. Key responsibilities include designing API‑based integrations, mapping data, and troubleshooting pipeline issues.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration design for SAP Commissions (ICM) implementation, including assessment of current-state integrations and defining scalable target-state architecture.
• Analyze existing Informatica workflows, data pipelines, and interfaces to understand data flow, dependencies, and transformation logic.
• Define and implement target-state integration using SAP Commissions XDL, ensuring alignment with business requirements and commission calculation rules.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud) and integration methodologies (APIs, REST, SOAP).
• Tools: Proficient in SAP BTP, SAP CPI/PI, and ETL processes.
• Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of sales commission models.

Experience Level

• Usually requires 3-8+ years of experience in technical implementations of SAP Commissions or similar SPM (Sales Performance Management) systems
