Job summary

Capiq Engineering in Vadodara is seeking a Production Engineer GET with BE (Mechanical) or 4 years of experience. Fresher or up to 2 years of experience are acceptable.

You will operate CNC/VMC machines, set tools, and help plan production while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include production planning, cycle-time reduction, quality inspection, and preventive maintenance coordination.

Qualifications

• BE (Mechanical) from a recognized institute.
• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Location Vadodara (Gorwa BIDC).

Responsibilities

• CNC/VMC machine operation and production.
• Tool setting, offsets, and basic programming.
• Production planning and cycle-time improvement.
• Quality inspection and process control.
• Preventive maintenance coordination.
• 5S, Kaizen, and safety.
• Shift work and production targets.
• Supervise day-to-day production activities on CNC/VMC machines.
• Allocate manpower and machines according to the production plan.
• Monitor production targets, output, rejection, and cycle time.
• Ensure machines are operated as per SOP, work instructions, and process sheets.
• Check tool offsets, tool life, and basic machine parameters.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and basic GD&T
