Job summary

Indo-euro Synchronization in Hyderabad, India invites a dedicated German language instructor to lead structured lessons spanning CEFR levels A1 to B2, covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening and speaking. Role & responsibilities

• Language Instruction: Deliver structured lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking across CEFR levels (A1 to B2).
• Lesson Planning & Material Creation: Design engaging lesson plans, worksheets, role-plays, presentations, and digital/multimedia resources tailored to student goals (academic, corporate, or healthcare/nursing).
• Exam Preparation: Train and prepare students for international proficiency exams such as Goethe-Zertifikat, telc, and SD, including conducting mock tests.
• Assessment & Progress Tracking: Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and periodic reviews, while maintaining attendance and learning logs on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Interactive Classroom Management: Foster an active, supportive, and inclusive environment that encourages conversation and participation.
• Cultural & Professional Integration: Introduce students to cultural nuances, social etiquette, and workplace or vocational communication standards in German-speaking countries.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Work with academic coordinators, placement teams, or integration leads to adjust learning plans and provide regular feedback to learners.

Preferred candidate profile

• Language Proficiency: Strong command of German, typically verified by a B2 certification from the Goethe-Institut or telc.
• Teaching Skills: Prior experience in language training, online/offline classroom delivery (using tools like Zoom or Google Classrooms), and curriculum development.
• Soft Skills: Clear communication, patience, cultural adaptability, and strong organizational abilities.
