We are seeking a dedicated and experienced German Language Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality German language instruction to our students, ranging from beginners to advanced learners. This role involves designing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective and engaging German language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
Develop and update lesson plans and teaching materials to meet the needs of students.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and regular feedback sessions.
Provide additional support and tutoring to students who need extra help.
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Incorporate cultural aspects of German-speaking countries into lessons to enhance language learning.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, technologies, and developments in the field of language education.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any other relevant information.
Work closely with other teachers, staff, and administration to support the overall educational program.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in German, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in teaching German as a foreign language, preferably with diverse age groups.

Certification: Certification in teaching German as a foreign language, such as the Goethe-Institut’s “Grünes Diplom” or the Deutsches Sprachdiplom (DSD), Telc etc.

Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in German; excellent command of English.

Advanced Language Skills: Mastery of German, typically at the C1 or C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

Pronunciation and Accent: Clear and accurate pronunciation, with a good understanding of regional accents and dialects.

Skills:
