What you will do

Responsibilities:

  1. Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.
  2. Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.
  3. Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
  4. Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
  5. Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
  6. Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.

What you should bring

Skills & Requirements:

  1. Total of 2+ years of development/business analysis experience.
  2. B.A./B.S. in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science, or other engineering discipline preferred.
  3. Project experience in a techno-functional role on SaaS product implementation projects covering integrations connecting to SAP/Oracle/Workday/NetSuite/Salesforce using integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, etc.
  4. Experience in integration workflow development using middleware tools like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Logic Apps.
  5. Experience in using JIRA to manage project tasks, track progress, and report issues.
  6. Demonstrated proficiency with web services technologies (REST, SOAP), Data formats (JSON, XML, EDI). Experience with Procure to Pay, ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and eCommerce systems is a plus.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization.
  8. Superior detail orientation, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing ecosystem with minimal supervision.
  10. Open to travel up to 50%.
