Job summary

Duranta Infotech in India seeks a Geotechnical Engineer to assess rock mechanics and design support systems for hydropower infrastructure, including dams, tunnels, and caverns. You will use PLAXIS and related software to model foundations, monitor slope stability, and prepare Detailed Project Reports aligned with codes.

A 3–6 year hydropower geotechnical background is preferred. The candidate should hold a Master’s degree, with strong interpretation of geotechnical investigation reports and risk

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in geotechnical studies (hydropower related).
• Strong understanding of soil/rock mechanics, slope stability, and foundation engineering.
• Familiarity with PLAXIS and other related software is a must.
• Strong skill in interpreting geotechnical investigation reports.
