We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Legal IT BA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integration of new solutions to existing systems
2. Master data governance implementation
3. Conducting Monthly Change Advisory Board meetings to drive system evolutions/enhancements
4. System life cycle management, including investment strategy, upgrade roadmap, decommissioning
5. Establishment and support of the sustain governance model around the systems
6. Supporting delivery (L2 / L3 support)
7. Business partnership with user representatives to align services with business expectations
8. Monitoring maintenance and support activities; publishing KPIs
9. Supporting audits and inspections from regulatory authorities
10. Acting as the primary IT contact for external consultants' tasks
11. Managing budget and procurement, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies
12. Participating in cost tracking, project planning, and resource monitoring
13. Assessing and executing new regulatory requirements impacting systems
14. Ensuring compliance with GxP regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline / Master’s Degree in Computer Science

Preferred:

• Experience working for life sciences companies
• Experience managing or supervising Legal projects
• Experience in GxP environments
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
• Ability to understand and adapt to informal organizational structures
