Genpact Invites Applications for Customer Service: Voice Roles (Hindi + English) | Hyderabad Location

  • Experience: Only Freshers are eligible (we are not considering postgraduates, undergraduates, or pursuing candidates for these roles)
  • Languages known: Hindi + English
  • Work Location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
  • Shifts: Flexible with any shift

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls
  • Respond to customer queries & issues promptly
  • Provide solutions based on help articles and policies
  • Replicate customer issues and report bugs/suggestions
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support customers
  • Support technical queries related to domains, hosting, servers, SSL, email, site lock, backups, etc.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and in teams
  • Maintain understanding of client processes and policies
  • Upskill regularly to enhance knowledge and support capabilities
  • Upsell relevant products based on customer needs

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Only Freshers eligible
  • Graduation in any discipline except law (preferably B.Tech or related tech/non-tech with relevant certifications)
  • Excellent voice communication skills
  • Fluent in English & Hindi
  • Knowledge of email clients and basic internet technology (websites, domains, hosting, browsers, security)
  • Experience in customer support via phone with basic technical and sales skills
