Are you the one we are looking for?

Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, TPRM/TPDD:

1. Should know basics of TPDD / TPRM.
2. Conduct due diligence for Invoice processing system.
3. Investigate exception invoice for root cause – existing assessments available or not.
4. Able to bundle invoices based on supplier and service.
5. Identify and improve inconsistencies in the automated invoice processing system.
6. Continuously improve the Invoice processing steps in line with processing procedures.
7. Effectively coordinate with the stakeholders for review discussions/BAU meetings.
8. Drive validation and enrichment of data sources, and monitor data quality.
9. Adhere to client specific turn-around timelines and assist in the delivery of output with utmost quality, according to defined scope within expected timelines.
10. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly progress reports and share with relevant stakeholders.
11. Work closely with line manager/leader to support delivery of tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Experience in Invoice Processing and exception handling.
2. Experience in Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD) and/or Third Party Risk Management.
3. Should be a good team player, ready to accommodate to customer timelines and deliverables.
4. Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and integrity.
5. Proven experience and track record of solving problems.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Able to prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines and escalate issues at the right time.
8. Proficient in computer skills and MS Office applications.
9. Good written and verbal communication skills.
10. Analyse and re-design processes as per client business context.
11. Drive performance improvement by implementing best practices and innovative methodologies.
12. Aware of the role and responsibilities of Compliance / Procurement Function.
13. General awareness about risks emerging from third parties, mitigating framework and implications of such risks.

1. Graduate / Post Graduate.
2. Job timing: UK shift.
3. Skills: Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Invoice Exception Processing.
4. Travelling – Should be open (5-10%).
