Job Roles And Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  2. Demonstrable experience in recruiting in IT and sales recruiting
  3. Effective negotiating skills
  4. Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
  5. Familiarity with online job hunting websites
  6. Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates
  7. Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
  8. Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
  9. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  10. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  11. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  12. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges/social media/job portals
  13. Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media
  14. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
  15. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  16. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  17. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
