Servion Global Solutions in Chennai is seeking a seasoned Genesys Cloud CX specialist to lead implementation and support across modules such as Voice, Digital Channels, Routing, and Reporting.

You will integrate with CRM systems, work with Data Actions, REST APIs, and WEM components, and contribute to multi-site deployments and migration projects.

Competenze

3-4 years hands-on experience in contact center technology implementation and support.
3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Genesys Cloud CX across various modules and functionality areas.

Descrizione del lavoro

3-4 years of hands-on experience in contact center technology implementation and support.
3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Genesys Cloud CX across various modules and functionality areas.
Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud architecture, features, administration, and implementation best practices.
Experience in configuring and implementing core Genesys Cloud capabilities including Voice, Digital Channels (Chat, Email, Messaging), Routing, Queues, Skills, User Management, and Reporting.
Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with external applications using Data Actions, REST APIs, Web Services, and OAuth.
Experience with Genesys Cloud Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) modules, including Quality Management, Workforce Management, and Performance Management.
Experience in CRM integrations such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or custom applications.
Exposure to BYOC Cloud, SIP telephony, and telephony migration projects.
Experience in multi-site or large enterprise contact center implementations.
Genesys Cloud Certifications (Associate, Professional, or equivalent).
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into Genesys Cloud configurations and solutions.
Experience in preparing solution design documents, configuration guides, and implementation documentation.
