Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Genesys Cloud platforms.
• Design and develop High-Level Design (HLD) and technical architecture documents.
• Architect telephony, voice, chat, email and digital channel solutions.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with Salesforce and other enterprise apps.
• Define integration architecture, APIs and connectivity solutions.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Manage GitHub repositories and release governance.
• Ensure security, scalability, high availability and performance.
• Establish engineering standards and DevOps best practices.
• Lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ensure secure deployment practices and enterprise governance.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Genesys Cloud Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and integration of enterprise-level contact center solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Genesys Cloud architecture, High-Level Design (HLD), telephony, digital channels, enterprise integrations, DevOps, and security governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Genesys Cloud contact center platforms.
• Design and develop High-Level Design (HLD) and technical architecture documents.
• Architect telephony, voice, chat, email, and digital channel solutions.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
