Generative AI / Python Technical Architect

BCI has the following new position open with our direct USA based client that has an office and development team in Hyderabad. We are looking for a Sr. Technical Lead / Architect with strong Python and GenAI implementation in PROD. This role offers a blended hours schedule of EST / IST timings. The position can be remote if relocation is not possible. Ability to start ASAP is a significant advantage.

Your expertise in GenAI will be essential in creating original content—such as text, images, video, audio, or software code—in response to user prompts. You will work within an Agile development environment, supporting requirements and story development, software architecture and design, development, and testing.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in projects related to Predictive Analytics, Data Design, Generative AI, AI/ML, or ML Ops.
Proven experience with GenAI implementations in production environments, not just POCs.
Experience with semantic search technologies, beyond chatbot development.
At least 3-5 years of AI/ML experience, focusing on generative models.
1+ years leading high-impact GenAI projects and solutions.
3-5 years of hands-on Python experience.
Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models to meet specific project needs.
Lead the implementation of scalable, efficient, and secure GenAI solutions.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, including engineers and product managers, to integrate AI solutions.
Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and incorporate them into solutions.
Create detailed documentation for models and systems.
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in GenAI development.
Utilize Python open-source stacks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.
Experience with deep learning, NLP, GANs, RAG, LLM frameworks, Hugging Face, and cloud-based models like Anthropic Claude, Llama, BERT, Transformers.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
Experience deploying and managing AI models at scale.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with testing frameworks like pytest, cloud platforms like AWS, and version control systems like Git.
