Birlasoft Limited is seeking a Gen AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions and AI agents for enterprise use cases. You will implement LLM-based apps, craft prompts, and develop POCs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You should have strong Python skills, hands-on GenAI experience, and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). This role offers remote-friendly opportunities and a chance to work on cutting-edge AI orchestration frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills, preferably Python, with ability to design efficient solutions.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications and agent-based systems.
• Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience developing and delivering POCs and technical prototypes.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, take ownership of problem resolution, and drive solutions to completion.
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in Generative AI and agentic AI systems.

Educational Background – Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities – Skills Required –

• Experience in evaluating AI solutions for reliability, performance, and business impact.
• Exposure to handling edge cases, failure scenarios, and responsible AI practices.
