Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a visionary Generative AI Architect to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. You will steer the technical strategy for LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI frameworks, delivering end-to-end LLMOps capabilities that transform innovation across the organization.

The role requires 10+ years in software/AI with at least 6 years in AI/ML and 2+ years in Generative AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall software/AI experience with 6+ years in AI/ML.
• Minimum 2 years in Generative AI.
• Experience architecting GenAI platforms for enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG and vector databases.
• Design and operate LLMOps pipelines (prompt management, evaluation, monitoring).
• Build Agentic AI systems for autonomous agents and copilots.
• Integrate GenAI components into existing enterprise systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers on LLMOps and observability.

Description

We are seeking a visionary Generative AI Architect to design, implement, and scale enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. You'll lead the technical strategy and architecture for large language models (LLMs), RAG systems Agentic AI frameworks, and end-to-end LLMOps pipelines transforming how the organization leverages AI for innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

Experience Required Minimum 10 years with 6 years in AI ML and at least 2 years in Generative AI

Technical Skills and Experience

Core Expertise

Deep understanding of LLMs Agentic AI RAG pipelines prompt engineering fine tuning and multimodal AI

Hands on experience with LangChain LlamaIndex Haystack Semantic Kernel or equivalent frameworks

Proven knowledge of LLMOps including

Prompt lifecycle management and prompt versioning

Model evaluation feedback loops and AB testing

LLM observability using Helicone Traceloop LangFuse Phoenix or custom telemetry

Deployment automation with CICD for GenAI workloads

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI AutoGen OpenDevin or custom orchestration systems

Programming

Strong in Python

Experience building APIs REST GraphQL gRPC for AI integrations

Cloud and Infrastructure

Practical experience with AWS SageMaker Azure OpenAI GCP Vertex AI or custom LLM deployment setups

Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes MLflow Weights and Biases or equivalent MLOps LLMOps tools

Data and Vector Layer

Expertise in vector databases such as Pinecone Weaviate Chroma FAISS or Milvus

Understanding of data pipelines embeddings management and semantic search optimization

Preferred

Familiarity with Transformer architecture tokenization and quantization techniques

Exposure to AI safety responsible AI frameworks and ethical model governance

Soft Skills

Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills

Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for business leaders

Excellent leadership communication and mentorship abilities

Education

BTech MTech MS in Computer Science AI Data Science or a related field

PhD or research background in AI NLP preferred but not mandatory

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Architect scalable GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs RAG fine tuning embeddings and vector databases

Design and operationalize LLMOps pipelines covering prompt management evaluation monitoring and continuous improvement of model performance

Architect and build Agentic AI systems including autonomous agents copilots and task orchestration layers that reason plan and act dynamically

Integrate GenAI components models APIs knowledge bases orchestration layers into existing enterprise systems

Build reusable frameworks for copilots chatbots and AI agents with focus on scalability and modularity

Define governance and compliance for responsible AI use ensuring model security bias control and data protection

Lead end to end AI lifecycle from proof of concept to production deployment and post deployment optimization

Collaborate cross functionally with data scientists ML engineers and business teams to convert use cases into working AI products

Mentor teams on LLMOps Agentic AI architectures prompt optimization and AI observability

Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI and Agentic AI tools open weight models and API ecosystems
