Crossing Hurdles is seeking a BA Generalist for a short-term contract. This remote position offers 20–40 hours per week with a mandatory 4-hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time. The engagement lasts up to one week and pays $9 per hour.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, strong English skills, and proven analytical capability to assess AI quality, verify facts, and provide precise feedback. Remote work flexibility is required.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, relevance, and logical consistency.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning gaps, hallucinations, and errors in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide constructive feedback, corrections, and structured annotations to improve AI model performance.

Requirements
