Job description

Job Description

· Design features aligned with the creative and game directions (e.g., gameplay rules, progression systems, combat systems, player attributes, artificial intelligence behaviors, 3Cs, etc.).

· Collaborate with UX/UI designers, artists, game designers, and engineers to propose and implement UI solutions that enhance functionality, visuals, feedback, and overall user experience, ensuring product consistency and a seamless, high-quality experience.

· Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design challenges and enhance user-friendliness.

· Define and develop the entire visual identity of our game’s UI from scratch.

· Create wireframes, user flows, layout, UI elements, iconography, process flows, etc., to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas supporting gameplay features and accessibility principles.

· Communicate design specifications clearly and technically for programming implementation.

· Incorporate user feedback and utilize user research to optimize the game experience.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate your features effectively.

· Develop prototypes—paper, physical, or in-engine—and evaluate design effectiveness.

· Adapt designs based on technical and production constraints, revising as necessary.

· Assist in troubleshooting and fixing buggy features.

· Maintain comprehensive design documentation to guide interdependent teams.

· Post-launch, monitor features for improvements, additions, or removals.

Qualifications

· A college diploma in Game Design or related field (undergraduate degree preferred).

· 3-5 years of experience in video game production or related roles.

· Experience in the mobile gaming industry is required.

· Strong user-centric design approach with innovative capabilities.

· Graphic design skills: sketching, wireframing, storyboarding on paper and digital platforms.

· Proficiency in 2D software: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD.

· Experience with Information Architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills with designers, artists, and programmers.

· Positive attitude, receptive to feedback, with critical thinking and adaptability.

· Passion for games and game development.

Additional Information
