Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Surgeon role based at HK GLOBAL HOSPITAL in Indore in all 3 Centres. The General Surgeon will perform elective and emergency surgical procedures, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative care. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, reviewing diagnostic tests, planning appropriate surgical interventions, and coordinating care with anesthesiologists and other specialists. The role involves participating in ward rounds, managing surgical complications, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to hospital protocols and clinical guidelines. The General Surgeon is also expected to contribute to quality improvement initiatives, support junior medical staff through guidance and teaching, and ensure high standards of patient safety and communication.
