Job description
Overview

Central Platform team is part of the newly setup Growth vertical. The overall objective of this vertical is to identify and operationalize new products/ services/ initiatives that lead to revenue streams. These new products or services could be targeted at the merchant or consumer base.

Functional Expertise
  • Identify and conceptualize new products/ services that help monetize (or grow) existing merchant and consumer network
  • Lead implementation of the new initiatives, working closely with Product and other teams
  • Own the numbers (user and revenue growth) for the implemented initiatives
  • Devise and execute GTM strategies for these new initiatives
  • Drive effective performance marketing campaigns in coordination with the Marketing team to optimize the user funnel and to achieve defined growth metrics
  • Lead implementation of Central services, that impact multiple products and user segments across the organization’s network
  • Drive enhancements in Merchant app (through Product) to improve engagement
  • Benchmark competition and evaluate different strategies, so as to incorporate the most effective ones for our revenue growth and impact
  • Build out effective processes to quickly get market feedback, do pilots and course correct as needed
Collaboration
  • Coordinate between and work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Data Science team to implement the defined products & services, and drive GTM and growth
Problem Solving
  • Identify opportunities for growth, through assessing industry, understanding our own network, and quick dip sticks
  • Assess growth opportunities through a robust model factoring in opportunity size, right to win, implementation complexity, etc.
