• Experience integrating CRM, analytics, marketing, content, and third‑party platforms via APIs.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to balance strategy and execution.

• Experience building automation workflows, AI agents, integrations, and business process automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, deployment workflows, monitoring, security, and operational best practices.
• Experience integrating CRM, analytics, marketing, content, and third-party platforms through APIs and automation.
• Working knowledge of SEO, AIO (AI Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content discovery, and AI-driven search ecosystems.
