Job summary

Sopra Steria Group is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer in India to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and agent frameworks. You will implement autonomous workflows, integrate AI with enterprise systems, and optimize deployments across cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years in software engineering with at least 2 years in Generative AI/Agentic AI, and strong Python skills along with experience in LangChain, RAG, and vector databases.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask or similar frameworks.
• Solid software engineering and system design fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Google ADK.

• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases and semantic search.

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and modern AI engineering tools. The ideal candidate should have practical experience building AI agents, copilots, and RAG-based solutions that solve real business problems and create measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
