Job summary

BearingPoint in Bengaluru is seeking a Fullstack Developer for Generative AI to join a collaborative team building BeMind, BearingPoint's enterprise AI platform. You will focus on integrating LLMs into real products, delivering end-to-end AI solutions across UI, APIs, data pipelines and deployment.

You will translate use cases into architectural requirements, contribute to portfolio development, and work in cross-functional agile teams with developers, product owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, frontend and backend.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js preferred; Vue/Angular/Svelte acceptable).
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills; willing to work primarily in TypeScript.
• Experience building/integrating APIs and third-party services on backend stacks (Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, Go).
• Solid relational DB skills (SQL, PostgreSQL ideal).
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in agile teams and good English communication.

Responsibilities

As a Fullstack Developer for Generative AI, you will join a collaborative team that brings Generative AI into corporate environments. You will help build BeMind, BearingPoint's enterprise AI platform, and Generative AI solutions for our clients, with a focus on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into real products.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• Design, develop and deploy Generative AI solutions end to end, from user interface through APIs and data to
• deployment.
• Translate Generative AI use cases into architectural and technical requirements.
• Integrate LLMs into real applications, such as chat experiences, knowledge retrieval and integrations with
• business systems.
• Write maintainable, tested code and take part in code reviews.
• Support junior colleagues in the technical implementation of use cases.
• Help develop BearingPoint's Generative AI service portfolio further.
• Work in cross-functional, agile teams with developers, product owners and stakeholders.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Around 5+ years of professional software development experience, covering both frontend and backend.
• Strong experience with a modern frontend framework. React / Next.js is ideal; Vue,
• Angular or Svelte are equally welcome.
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills, or another typed language plus willingness to
• work mainly in TypeScript.
• Experience building and integrating APIs and third-party services on any backend stack
• (Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, Go …).
• Solid relational database skills: data modelling, SQL and optimisation. PostgreSQL is ideal;
• any major RDBMS counts.
• Practical experience with Git, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines in any tool.
• Experience in agile teams (Scrum / Kanban) and good English communication.

Nice to have:

• First experience with LLMs or Generative AI, such as OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs, prompt
• design or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• NestJS, Supabase or GraphQL
• Docker and Docker Compose.
• GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Cloud basics on Azure, AWS or GCP: web app deployment, storage, identity, monitoring.
• Microservices or event-driven systems.
